Flat Branch Home Loans Loan Officers Recognized as Top 100 Originators in the Nation

St. Louis, Mo, (April 16, 2025) – Scotsman Guide, an industry leader in mortgage news and financial technology resources, recently recognized 56 of Flat Branch Home Loans’ loan officers for loan volume and units. Each year, the Scotsman Guide releases the “Top Originators” list based on verified rankings of the nation’s top-producing originators.

Out of the 56 loan officers, two loan officers were ranked among the top 100 originators in the nation, based on total closed loans.

Ronda Hickey ranked No. 36 in most closed loans in the nation and No. 8 in the most closed USDA loans.

Carrie Martin ranked No. 72 in the most closed loans in the nation and No. 4 in the most closed USDA loans.

Ranking in the top 100 originators in the nation is not an easy feat with hundreds of thousands of originators throughout the country. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics estimated that there are 334,000 loan officers in the United States in 2023.
